DELEGATE PARTICIPATION BENEFITS WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Please fill the delegate form with the proper details for booking in your respective category and day plan.
2. Delegates can choose to register for day-1 or day-2 or both.
3. IIT Bombay students and academia get a 5% discount plus the early bird discounts. ( detailed in the table above).
4. Delegate registration booking done on and before 31th August 2023 will get an early bird discount offer of 15%. ( detailed in the table above).
5. An additional 5% group discount is offered with the above offer to companies and institutes joining with 3 and more members from the same organisation on above proposed dates.
6. The group discount for 5% will still continue till 1st November 2023 which will be the last date for delegate registrations.
7. Student poster presenters whose poster has been selected will get 10% discount until 15th October 2023 on delegate registration with fee payment. Only student poster presenters will be entitled to this discount.
8. The delegate registration will include tea & coffee with lunch for the days in case of registration made for both the days or for a single day as per the registration.
9. Event delegate registration will be confirmed upon the receipt of delegate booking fees only.
10. For Students & delegates from academia, the details of the respective college / institute needs to be shared along with the Identity Card of the current year. Students must upload a scan copy of their student ID card at registration time and bring it to the conference for verification.
