3DGEM 2023 - Poster presentation details :
The poster presentation is a formal, research-based presentation of your work. It will provide a visual representation of your research through text, charts, graphs, and other visual aids. The poster presentation will allow viewers to read your research material to interact with you in case of any questions about your methods or your findings. The current findings is to appraise and to acknowledge the efforts made in by the aspirant both students and non-students in 3D technologies which will include 3D Printing, 3D Scanning, 3D Software, 3D Visualisation – AR, VR, MR and also material science which will include filaments, resins, bio-inks, metal, non-metal which are 3d printable for various engineering, industrial, dental and medical applications.
The poster presentation once received will further be selected by the Jury Panel Members for presenting in the event as per the category on 9th December or 10th December. The final names will be communicated to the participants selected for the poster presentation. Out of the selected poster presentation there will also be students and non-students who will be selected for a Poster Awards on the day of the event with their interaction with the Jury Members.

Who can participate?
3D Graphy Engineering & Medical ( 3DGEM 2023) invites poster presentations from students from engineering college, Design institute, research institutes, medical college, dental college, hospitals and others. Similarly the poster presentation is also expected by non-students who may be working with manufacturing companies, 3d technology companies, research institutes, consultancy, start-ups, 3d enthusiast and others.

What is the focus area of specialisation?
The poster presentation focus will need to be in 3d technology and material science. 3D technology will include 3d printing, 3d scanning, 3d software, 3d simulation, 3d imaging, 3d visualisation - .i.e. AR, VR, MR and Material science – 3D printable polymers, metals, resins, soft tissues and hard tissues.

Indian and global institution who are promoting Additive Manufacturing and 3D printing. PROCESS : POSTER PRESENTATION PARTICIPATION FOR STUDENTS / NON-STUDENTS ( INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANISATION )

1. Call for Poster Presentation starting from 15th June to 31st August 2023.
2. All the abstracts / draft of the poster to be submitted before 31st August 2023.
3. Validation and selection of the poster presentation will be done during the period of 1st September to 15th September 2023.
4. Names of the poster presentation selected will be conveyed on or before 30th September 2023
5. Submissions of poster abstracts can be under students and non-student categories, depending on the presenting author.
6. Submissions of poster abstracts will be under one or both of two themes: “Engineering & Industrial Manufacturing” or “Dental & Medical” on the respective days .i.e. 9th December and 10th December respectively.
7. Poster Presentation Abstract will need to be in PDF uploaded in the Poster Presentation form and a copy can also be emailed to 3dgem2023@gmail.com as a back up.
8. All selected poster presenters must register as delegates for the conference and present personally.

TERMS & CONDITIONS : POSTER PRESENTATION PARTICIPATION FOR STUDENTS / NON-STUDENTS ( INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANISATION)

1. The poster presentation abstract (One A4 page, about 150 words, pdf format, as per style sheet on submission link) to be uploaded by filling your respective google form which will be found at www.3dgraphy.org . For details visit the – POSTER PRESENTATION - menu bar to click the tab – POSTER PRESENTATION SUBMISSION for the needful.
2. Title of the Abstract (Times New Roman, Font size 12 Bold, Regular, Centre Text, Line Spacing 1.5 lines)
3. Authors Name (Times New Roman, Font Size 12, Regular, Presenter Name should be underlined, Centre Text, Line Spacing 1.5 lines)
4. 2-3 References should be given at the end of the abstract.
5. Style of the References; Font Size 11, Times New Roman, Justify Text.
6. After filling the online form the Poster Presentation Abstract in PDF format will need to emailed immediately to 3dgem2023@gmail.com with the mention of the name of the person, Organisation and contact which was similarly filled in the poster presentation form found in the poster presentation page of the event website www.3dgraphy.org to tally the form and the Poster Presentation.
7. There can be multiple poster presentations which can be submitted by each participant depending on the expertise of research done in the area of 3D printing, 3D Visualizations, Material science supporting engineering Industrial manufacturing or Dental, Medical and tissue Engineering on Soft and Hard tissues.
8. The delegate seats should be blocked in advance by registration and fee payment to avoid any inconvenience with availability of seats later. Also booking in advance will also benefit the poster presenters to avail of an extra early bird discount which is a standard offer to all the delegate participants for stipulated time and period. 9. The presenting author must select category of students or non-student when submitting the abstract for consideration.
10. Students will be required to upload their College / Institute ID (Valid for month of submission of the current year 2023).
11. The presenting author must select theme of “Engineering & Industrial Manufacturing” or “Dental & Medical” on the respective days .i.e. 9th December and 10th December respectively.
12. Selected posters will have to be displayed in A0 size vertical/portrait orientation (approximately 841 mm x 1189 mm, 84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches).
13. Travel and accommodation are to be managed by the student / non-student. It is not included in the registration fees.
14. Timeline for submission and selection is all stated above.
15. Poster Presenter Awards will be awarded to the winners selected by the Jury under two categories student/non-student for the two themes “Engineering & Industrial Manufacturing” and “Dental & Medical” on the respective days .i.e. 9th December and 10th December respectively.
